The litigation practice of Peglow, O’Hare, See & Eilers, P.L.C. is comprised of experienced trial attorneys who successfully pursue and resolve litigation matters ranging from personal injury and property damage issues to family law and criminal law matters. We represent clients at all levels in the Iowa state courts and in the Federal district and appeals courts.

Employment Law

Employment law covers a complex network of laws that controls how employers must treat employees, former employees, and applicants for employment. Alternative Dispute Resolution

This is the process of resolving legal conflicts without going to trial. Our firm is in the forefront of this area, advising clients on arbitration, mediation, mini-trials, and private judging.
